About Us

Seattle-Sihanoukville Sister City Association (Sea-Sih) is a community-based organization that fosters programs in the area of arts & culture, education, healthcare, and economic exchanges.

​As 501c3 non-profit, not political organization, Sea-Sih regularly engages in diplomatic and cultural exchanges between the city and citizens of greater Seattle, WA and Sihanoukville, Cambodia. We focus on sustainable, innovative, and life changing initiatives to change the lives within our local and international communities.  Participation and membership is open to all in the greater Seattle area and beyond.
