Mission & Vision

Since 1995 the Seattle-Sihanoukville Sister City Association (Sea-Sih) has been promoting awareness and understanding of the city of Sihanoukville (Kompong Som) and Cambodia. The association’s ongoing mission is to develop programs that strengthen cultural, educational, healthcare, and commercial ties between the people of greater Seattle and Sihanoukville.

The association is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and invites the community at large to participate.

2012 "Don't Rush the Brush" ProjectFriendship Rural School Project. Sea-Sih funded the building of an elementary school in Kompong Som province.Sea-Sih built an entire library and technology center in Sihanoukville High School.Sea-Sih equipped the library's technology center with donated computers, printers, and notebooks.
